Shipping Policy

Due to the bulk nature of industrial plastic packaging, our shipping terms are specialized:

Shipping Timelines

• Standard Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom Orders: For custom GSM or specific micron requirements (e.g., Pond Liners), lead times may extend to 14 business days.
• Domestic Shipping: We ship across India via trusted freight partners. Transit time varies by distance from our Halol GIDC facility.

Shipping Charges

Charges are calculated based on the Volumetric Weight of the consignment.

• Octroi/Entry Tax: Any local entry taxes or octroi applicable in the destination state (outside Gujarat) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery & Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect the packaging for any punctures or damage before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). If the HDPE material is visible or damaged, please note it on the POD and contact us immediately.
