Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Customized products
(custom-cut lengths or branded bags) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.
Items must be in original, “as-delivered” condition. Used Irrigation Pipes or soiled Ground Covers cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
Refund Process
Once the returned material reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days, minus any applicable two-way shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
