By purchasing from Moksh Group, you agree to the following:

Product Specifications

• Tolerance: In the plastic industry, a standard weight and gauge tolerance of ±10% is applicable on all GSM and micron specifications.
• Color Variance: Slight color variations in Weed Mats or Laminated Rolls may occur between different production batches.

Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in a written contract for bulk industrial supply.

Limitation of Liability

Moksh Group shall not be liable for any consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to crop loss in the case of Pond Liners or site damage.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchmahal (Halol), Gujarat.
